General Shipping Information
We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Please keep in mind that we get backlogged during peak holidays / seasons and it could take longer. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us by phone (517) 410-4570 or use the Contact Form.
If you would like to purchase outside of the United States, please visit one of our international sites by using the language selector in the top header.
If there are any issues with the delivery of an order, such as non-delivery or damage to products, Aleah Lewis Store must be notified within 14 days of the shipping date or we will be unable to assist with replacement or refund. Please use the Contact Form ASAP.
After an order is shipped, Aleah Lewis Store cannot change the ship address with carrier. Please double check address before submitting an order!
After an order is shipped, cannot schedule a return to sender. Please proceed with a return.
Aleah Lewis Store ships via UPS and currently does not offer delivery services to PO Boxes. Please send to a street address.
The Aleah Lewis Store does not currently ship to territories outside the United States.

Freight Forwarders: Dakine does not ship to Freight Forwarders under any circumstances. Dakine ships via UPS and currently does not offer delivery services to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
